Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant Remote (Michigan Residents Only) This opportunity is offered through Medix, a national healthcare staffing agency, in partnership with one of our top clients dedicated to improving access to quality healthcare in rural communities. We are seeking a fully remote Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant who is passionate about rural healthcare and providing compassionate, patient-centered care for adult and geriatric populations. The ideal candidate has experience with value-based care models, risk adjustment factors (RAFs), and chronic and complex care management.Candidates must live in Michigan and be credentialed with BCBS and Aetna in the state to qualify.
