Responsibilities for this position and required skills include: Bid Coordinator Tasks include: Assemble and publish bid packages Perform outreach to subcontractors to generator interest in bidding Field phone calls and emails during the bidding process Receive and print emailed bids Order plans for estimating team and project teams Assist Contracts Manager with processing of subcontracts, insurance, and the completion of various office administrative tasks
