We have an immediate career opportunity for an experienced Superintendent in our California Division. The ideal candidate should have at least 10 years of commercial construction experience with large-scale projects and be willing to travel to our project in Mammoth Lakes, CA. Experience with OSHPD/HCAI certified projects is a must have.Roles & ResponsibilitiesC/S Superintendents are responsible for complete oversight of field operations, including but not limited to:Master and 3-Week Lookahead SchedulingDaily Subcontractor CoordinationSafety Walks and MeetingsQuality AssuranceCommunication with Architect, IOR, Engineers and Owner TeamDaily ReportsWeekly Coordination MeetingsWorker OrientationLabor Productivity TrackingOther Tasks (as needed)Experience Requirements10+ Years of Experience as a Superintendent on Commercial ProjectsMust Have OSHPD/HCAI ExperienceExperience Leading Large-Scale Construction ProjectsMust Have Strong Communications SkillsMust be able to pass a criminal background check and a drug testBenefitsC/S offers a competitive benefits package, with opportunities for professional growth.
