Join our team as the newest member in a talented and capable group of specialty construction professionals.Ideal Candidate3+ years of experience in commercial roofing and sheet metal serviceKnowledge of commercial roofing systems such as TPO, EPDM, PVC, SBS, BUR and SSMRWell-versed in maintenance and repair of all commercial roofing systemsA good work ethic with a drive for quality resultsExcellent decision-making and communication skillsResponsibilitiesOversee service orders from initial customer service request to writing work orders, preparing estimates, and completing labor/material posting, job reports, and billingDevelop and grow service business, maintaining customer base and increasing market share with new customersSell repair, maintenance, and re-roofing servicesRecommend and sell roofing maintenance plansMaintain communication with customers and ensure customer satisfactionManage and mentor service techniciansOversee training of service technicians Responsible for ongoing safety training and adherence to safety policy of service crewsMonitor quality and expediency of work CompensationTop pay commensurate with experienceCompany-funded retirement plan Bonus opportunityHealth insurancePaid vacation and holidaysAccess to company vehicleThe Tri-State/Service Group encourages military veterans to apply.
