Upscale French Restaurant Group is seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant General Manager to oversee our daily operations .   Our ideal candidate has at least five years of industry experience, including supervisory roles, and is reliable and trustworthy.   Primary Responsibilities:   Lead daily restaurant operations with a focus on excellence, consistency, and guest satisfaction Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team that delivers exceptional hospitality Create and manage employee schedules to ensure seamless coverage and efficiency Oversee payroll, HR procedures, and administrative responsibilities for the location Conduct pre-shift meetings and ongoing food and beverage training to inspire growth and engagement Ensure full compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations Address guest feedback and employee concerns with professionalism and care Manage menu updates, POS adjustments, and operational rollouts Maintain a strong presence at the front door, fostering meaningful relationships with guests Skills and Qualifications:   High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred   5+ years of experience in a restaurant with at least 2 years in supervisory roles   Excellent communication and problem-solving skills   Able to stand for extended periods   Flexible schedule   Hold a current Food Handler’s license or must obtain within a month of hire   Languages: French and Italian (highly preferred)   Compensation and Benefits:   Competitive salary based on experience   Medical b enefits   Great opportunities for growth   Compensation Details: Salary $85,000 - $95,000   *** WEEKEND AVAILABILITY NEEDED   *** EXPERIENCE REQUIRED    Le Bilboquet provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type with respect to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
