Seeking a Heart Failure ICU Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive care for complex cardiac patients. What You ll Do: Manage patients on VV/VA ECMO, mechanical circulatory support, heart and lung transplant, LVAD, and post-op cardiac surgery. Provide assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and in-hospital follow-up in collaboration with a specialized team. Participate in professional development and ongoing patient care improvements.
