A well established urology practice in Neptune, New Jersey is looking for a physician assistant or nurse practitioner. The group specializes in comprehensive urologic care and fosters a collaborative, team-oriented work environment. The provider will work closely with urologists and the care team to provide exceptional, patient-focused care. This role is primarily outpatient with some inpatient rounding responsibilities and minimal call requirements, offering an excellent work-life balance.Key Responsibilities:Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with urological conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.Perform patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans.Assist in urologic procedures and provide pre- and post-operative care.Conduct inpatient rounding and coordinate care for hospitalized patients as needed.Educate patients and families on treatment plans and preventive care.Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).Qualifications:Current certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.Licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in the state of New Jersey.Experience in urology preferred but not required; the practice is open to training motivated candidates.Strong clinical and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach.Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.BenefitsEstablished practice with a supportive and skilled care team.Opportunities for mentorship, training, and professional development.Competitive compensation and benefits package.Minimal call requirements and a balanced Monday Friday schedule.
