This is a 24/7 ED coverage position in a 10-bed facility with an annual volume of 15,000 patients. Clinicians must be prepared for fast-paced, independent work and possess strong clinical decision-making skills. Key Details: ED Beds: 10 ED Volume: 15,000 annually Admission Rate: 13% Patient Load: patients per 24 hours ( 2 per hour) Trauma Designation: Acute Stroke Ready Hospital Required Procedure: Intubation EMR: Cerner Subspecialty Backup: ENT, Pediatrics, GI, Ophthalmology, Surgery Requirements: Board Certified NP Required Active IL License and DEA Must be in hand at time of presentation ACLS, ATLS, PALS Required Must have a clean file No exceptions Experience with intubation Required This is a high-responsibility, fast-paced NP opportunity in a well-supported community hospital ED.
