Client seeks Physician, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant for December 4, 5, 8, 22, 23, 26, 29, & 30 and January 2 at their Corporate Health center in Green Forest, AR. Provider will see ages 2+ for Primary Care and acute episodic care. Hours are Monday & Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Tuesday & Thursday 9:00-6:00pm, all with a 60-minute lunch break. Provider must have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to be considered for this assignment. Bilingual candidates are preferred.
