Highlights: •Clinical Focus:Onsite procedures (joint injections, trigger points), medication management, patient-centered rehab, and opioid reduction strategies. •Workflow:See ~35–40 patients/day, 10-15 min appointments typically, across 2–4 sites per week (no more than 2 sites per day, 3-4 hours per site). Supported by scribes and EHR/voice dictation. •Schedule:3–5 days/week, flexible blocks; no nights, weekends, or call. •Compensation:$300K base + productivity; physicians historically earn $400K–$500K+.
