We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a Primary Care setting located onsite with a valued enterprise client. This position is ideal for a provider with a strong background in outpatient care and a passion for delivering patient-centered services in a collaborative environment.Position Requirements:Minimum 2+ years of primary care experienceComfortable with paper charting (some sites may also use EMR)Ability to manage a wide range of visits, including:Annual physicalsProblem-based visitsTravel medicineWell-women exams (preferred, not required)Specialist referralsShort-term disability evaluationsPrescription managementSupport & Facility Highlights:Onsite Medical Assistants and Administrative staffOnsite lab for blood draws (processed by Quest) and POC testingIntegrated services including Physical Therapy, Chiropractic, Care Management, and Behavioral Health (Psychologists)What You ll Do:Perform physical exams and preventive health screeningsOrder and interpret diagnostic testsDevelop care plans and provide patient instructionsPrescribe medications or recommend treatmentsCollaborate with other health professionals for comprehensive careRefer to physicians or specialists when neededEducate and mentor nursing staffWhat You ll Bring:Active RN and NP/PA licensure and certification to practiceState Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)Federal DEA License (per state requirements)State Controlled Substance License (if required)Current national board certification (ANCC or AANP for NPs)This is a great opportunity for a provider who enjoys team-based care, has a strong clinical foundation, and is adaptable in both paper and electronic documentation environments.
