About the RoleThis position is a unique opportunity to join our ICU team as a Registered Nurse, where you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with other staff members, and taking on leadership roles when needed. You will work within a fast-paced environment, utilizing your clinical skills and judgment to provide direct nursing care to assigned patients. This may include neonates, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatric age groups. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver safe direct care to an assigned group of patients Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to implement and document individualized care plans Administer medication, including IV medication, via the Seven Rights; document and communicate clinical findings Assist with special tests and procedures, ensuring proper consent has been obtained Participate in orientation and assume precepting and evaluation responsibilities of new personnel RequirementsEssential: Program Graduate, RN in NM or as allowed by reciprocal agreement by NM Nonessential: Bachelor's Degree, Basic Arrhythmia Cert w/in 1 year, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification w/in 6 months, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC) w/in 6 months of hire BenefitsWe offer a competitive compensation package, including sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.
