Cooperstown also boasts an unparalleled and inclusive community sports center.Job Summary Join an NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home practice with an established group of Physicians and Advanced Practice Clinicians. Outpatient practice, Monday Friday, 8 AM 5 PMProvides comprehensive Medical Care for patients 18 and aboveTeam-Based care delivery modelWe use fully integrated EPIC inpatient and ambulatory EMRAdministrative time prorated based on FTEDedicated nursing and administrative staffRamp up schedule based on level of experiencePreceptorship opportunities availableOn-Call during business hours for practice location on a rotating basis.Salary Range: $107,714 - $133,699. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief of the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
