Responsibilities Perform structured medical evaluations at your clinic or approved facility.Review pre-filled medical documentation and complete standardized reports.Assess patient functionality and document findings accurately in provided templates.Submit completed forms securely and on time. Schedule & Work Setup Flexible schedule: Monday Saturday based on your availability.Each appointment averages minutes.No follow-ups, treatment, or prescribing required.Administrative support provided for scheduling and coordination. Requirements Active and unrestricted Alaska NP License.Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP).Access to a private office or clinic space (or willingness to use a rental location).Experience with medical evaluations or functional assessments preferred.DEA not required.
