Wound Care Nurse Practitioner - Bakersfield, CA (Sign-on/Relocation Bonus: Negotiable)Job Type: Full-Time Day Shift On-Call RotationStart Date: ASAPPosition Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) specializing in Wound Care to join our team in Bakersfield, CA. The Wound Care NP will independently assess and treat acute and chronic wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, pressure injuries, and venous ulcers.Key Responsibilities:Perform comprehensive wound assessments and documentationDevelop and implement individualized treatment plansConduct debridement, dressing changes, and infection managementAdminister and monitor Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT)Educate patients and caregivers on wound care and preventionRequirements:Active California NP License (Required)Minimum 2 years of Wound Care experience (Required)Experience with or willingness to train in hyperbaric medicineHBOT certification (or must complete within 30 days of hire)Proficiency in wound care procedures, including debridementBenefits:Competitive compensationMedical, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysTraining support for wound care and hyperbaric certification
