Perm - Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to join a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple facilities in the Kansas City, Missouri metro area. The healthcare system includes a 49-bed, Level-IIIB NICU, a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, as well as one Level-II NICU and well-baby coverage. These facilities offer comprehensive neonatal care with advanced ventilator support, family-centered care training, and individualized suites for families. The environment prioritizes education and quality improvement initiatives, making it an ideal place for new graduates and seasoned practitioners alike. Job Responsibilities: Participate actively in patient care in the NICU setting. Engage in quality improvement initiatives and educational endeavors. Contribute to the supportive atmosphere of the NICU Family Support program. Involve in professional development opportunities tailored for new nurse practitioners. Provide comprehensive neonatal care to infants and their families. Qualifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of a Master s Degree in nursing. Current APRN national specialty certification. Experience in a neonatal care setting is preferred. New graduates are welcome to apply. License and Certification Requirements: Active Missouri state APRN license or willingness to obtain. Current APRN national specialty certification (Neonatal Nurse Practitioner) is required.
