The Primary Care Role: Per Diem coverage for busy site. Schedule Mondays 8a-4p (or) Fridays 8a - 4p. 2nd Saturdays of a month 8a-1p. EMR- EPIC, previous experience is preferred. Requirements of the Primary Care role: CT state license; active, unrestricted Board certified Certifications BLS (AHA) NP Primary Care experience MUST be available for all dates: 9/29/25-12/24/25 - leave coverage.
