Location: Remote (California Patients)Job Type: Part-Time or Full-Time 1099 ContractSpecialty: OB/GYN-Experienced Nurse Practitioner Position Overview Alina Telehealth is hiring multiple OB-experienced Nurse Practitioners to support a high-volume prenatal telehealth program serving patients across California.This role is fully remote, phone-based, structured, and routine ideal for NPs who are confident with OB follow-ups, interpreting physician summaries, and communicating results clearly to patients.All complex cases are escalated directly to the supervising OB physician. No video visits, no in-person care, no after-hours work. Key Responsibilities Conduct routine prenatal follow-up calls for low-complexity adult patientsReview and communicate physician-provided updates such as:Lab resultsPrenatal genetic screeningGlucose monitoring resultsUltrasound findingsBasic OB/GYN bloodworkGender reveal resultsSimple findings already reviewed by the physicianRelay physician-directed medication adjustmentsAnswer basic patient questions; escalate anything complexDocument all encounters same day in Practice FusionMaintain productivity of completed calls per day Schedule Monday Friday8-hour shifts, consistent daily schedulePST time zonePhone-only telehealthNo nights or weekend requirements Requirements Active, unrestricted California NP licenseOB/GYN training or strong OB clinical experienceExcellent communication and results-review skillsComfortable explaining routine prenatal findingsMust use HIPAA-compliant VOIP (Broadvoice, Doximity, or approved platform)Familiarity with telehealth documentation workflows Clinical Scope Setting: Outpatient TelehealthPopulation: Prenatal adult patientsProductivity: calls per dayEMR: Practice Fusion (training provided)Collaboration: Direct communication with supervising physicianEscalation: Immediate handoff of complex or unclear cases Why Join Alina Telehealth?
