The hospital's diabetes and endocrinology program, cancer program and pulmonology program achieved their highest rankings ever. We are seeking a Trauma Program Manager. The manager for the trauma program is responsible for the day to day oversight of the care of the trauma patient across the trauma continuum, including injury prevention, prehospital care, resuscitation and inpatient care through reintergration to home. This position is a clinically experienced registered nurse responsible for the management and coordination of the pediatric trauma program. What is it like to work at All Children's Hospital? What you Bring: BSN required Current RN Florida licensure required Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration or related field preferred TCRN, CEN must be obtained within one year of hire Holds current memberships in a national or regional trauma organization 5 years trauma nursing experience required and include one year pediatric nursing experience Basic computer experience with the ability to navigate Microsoft Office products Salary Range: Minimum 49.54/hour - Maximum 76.79/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
