Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (WHNP) or Physician Assistant (PA)A Women s Health Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) is needed on a part-time or full-time basis at an outpatient integrated health center in Novato, CA.Our client is a long-standing integrated health system that focuses on patients first. They pride themselves on a culture of safety, compassion, and collaborative care.Salary and Benefits:Salary: $135,000 $160,000/year (prorated for part-time)Sign-on bonus: $30,000 $50,000 (specific program terms apply)Student loan forgiveness (HRSA/NHSC site)Paid Vacation: 3 weeks first year, 4 weeks second year10 paid holidaysRelocation assistance and site visit reimbursement for out-of-area providersHealth, dental, and vision insurance for individuals and familiesRetirement plan 403(b)Employee Assistance Program (EAP)CME time off and allowanceMalpractice insurancePart-time schedule: 24 hrs/week; full-time available (up to 40 hrs/week)Responsibilities:See patients per day in outpatient women s health primary careProvide direct patient care for reproductive and women s health patientsPerform a mix of women s health and primary care across a woman s lifespanRefer patients appropriately to Gynecology physicians or outside specialistsCollaborate with non-Women s Health providers for consultation and educationUtilize EPIC EMR system for patient documentationRequirements Clinical Skills:Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred, but not requiredProficiency in sexual history taking and contraceptive counselingProficiency in family history relevant to women s healthEvaluation, diagnosis, and management/treatment of:Vaginitis, UTIsSTIsAbnormal uterine bleeding, PCOS, myomasPregnancy of unknown location / ectopic pregnancyUrinary complaints (incontinence, overactive bladder, painful bladder syndrome)Chronic pelvic pain, endometriosisAdnexal masses, dyspareunia, sexual dysfunctionMenopause, hormone therapyInfertility and pre-conception counselingBreast problemsPelvic organ prolapseProcedural Skills:Pelvic exams (external, bimanual, speculum)Clinical breast examsWet mount collection, STI testingIUD and subdermal contraceptive implant insertion/removal (certified)Paracervical block, endometrial biopsyPreferred: vulvar biopsies, pelvic organ prolapse evaluation, straight catheterization, pessary fitting, vulvar incision/drainage, Word catheter, genital wart treatmentColposcopy, cervical biopsy, suturing, post-op care, catheter management, basic wound care, pelvic ultrasound preferredLicensing & Experience:DEA license requiredValid and unrestricted California NP or PA licenseMinimum 3 years post-licensure clinical experience, preferably in an outpatient setting.Experience in community health settings highly preferredCOVID-19 vaccination required unless exemption providedAbout Us:Titan Placement Group is a permanent placement healthcare recruiting firm bridging healthcare organizations and high-quality candidates.
