Location: Byers, CO (30 minutes east of Denver; other sites within 1 hour)Assignment Duration: 3 6 monthsStart Date: As soon as credentialedSchedule & CoverageWorkdays: Tuesdays, Thursdays, FridaysHours: 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (1-hour lunch, clinic closed 12 1 PM)Weekly Hours: (includes admin time)Patient Volume: 20 patients/dayCoverage Locations: Primarily at a community health clinic, with occasional shifts at nearby rural sitesTeam Support: Another NP on-site 3 days/week; physician coverage available 1 day/weekClinical ScopePractice Area: Primary Care / Family MedicineProcedures: Joint injections, toenail removals, lesion removalsPatient Population: Outpatient family practice, all ages (emphasis on adult & geriatric)Clinic Setting: Freestanding; transitioning to a Rural Health ClinicIndependence: May not always have an on-site physician autonomy and rural practice experience preferredCredentialing RequirementsActive Colorado medical license & DEACurrent ACLS, ATLS, PALS, BLS (valid 30 days)Board certification (if applicable)Case logs & CAQH numberAdditional DetailsSupport: Multidisciplinary team of physicians and APPsExpectations: Flexible, personable provider with a commitment to high-quality rural healthcare
