Will be directed by Anesthesiologist (General ratio 1:2 anesthesiologists to 1 CRNA and 1 resident, can be up to 1:4 anesthesiologists to CRNA for low acuity) CRNAs are medically directed, typically 2-1, or 3-1. The Attending usually has a Resident in the other room, so their primary focus is on that room, and on teaching.• Patients per day: Depends, 1-9/daily• Patient population/age: All age spans (no Neonatal)• Department description: CRNA would cover the following: Ortho, Trauma, Vascular, Neuro (No Heart)• EMR: EPIC preferred• All providers will be required to work NORA • Skills required: Intubation, Central Line, Arterial line, Line Placement. Not likely needed to do blocks.
