Perform complex mechanical repairs including shaft keying, sprocket broaching, gear head replacement, stainless steel welding, hydraulic hose fabrication, and belt maintenance using specialized tools and equipment. Assistwith equipment setup, teardown, welding, fabrication, and installation of new or modified plant machinery to support production needs. Diagnose mechanical issues through observation, auditory assessment, and use of precision measuring instruments, and effectivelyidentifyingand resolving root causes. Utilize SAP software to document maintenance activities, track work orders, and communicate effectively with production and operations teams tooptimizeworkflow.Qualifications: High school diploma orGEDrequired;two-year degree in specialized maintenance tradepreferred. 3+years of relatedexperience. Work different ranges of hours such as full-time, overtime, or weekendshifts. Basictoadvanced mechanical knowledge,electrical and buildingskills.
