Float to different clinic locations depending on need at our clinics in the western suburbs, for short- and long-term assignments 1-3 years of experience as an APP in Family Medicine, required Call coverage and Saturday clinic hours may be required depending on location EPIC EMR Competitive PTO and CME Annual Salary: $115K - $125K REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Education/Training Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and nurse practitioner program Masters degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant Studies Current Illinois license in good standing Certified as a nurse practitioner or physician assistant by an approved certifying organization. Prescriptive authority, Illinois Controlled Substance, DEA certification Current CPR certification UChicago Medicine AdventHealth Bolingbrook, GlenOaks, Hinsdale and La Grange hospitals are affiliated with UChicago Medicine, one of the top academic medical centers in the country.
