ATC West Healthcare Services is seeking an Oncology Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to provide outpatient care. This role focuses on medical oncology patient management, treatment planning, and coordination of care across regional systems. Coverage is needed due to the discontinuation of an external outreach oncology program. Dates / Schedule Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PMCoverage Requirement: Minimum of 3 days per weekPreferred blocks: Monday Wednesday or Tuesday ThursdaySetting: Outpatient medical oncology clinicPatients per Day: Approximately 8 10Duration: Approximately 90 days (billing enrollment coverage) Job Details / Responsibilities Provide outpatient medical oncology care in a cancer center settingComplete cancer staging workupsFormulate and initiate chemotherapy and immunotherapy plansCollaborate with:On-site Radiation OncologyOff-site Surgical OncologyOther NPs and PAsOversee clinical aspects of treatment delivery and infusion servicesCoordinate oncology care across regional systemsBone marrow biopsy experience preferred but not requiredEMR systems: Mosaiq and MeditechStrong multidisciplinary support including:2 clinic RNs, 4 infusion RNs, RN navigatorRadiation oncology team, dietitian, prior authorization specialistsPatient advocate, financial assistance coordinator, tumor registry, scalp cooling programCase mix includes a broad range of solid tumors, hematologic malignancies, metastatic disease, and non-malignant hematology Required Skills & Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible APP (Required)North Dakota License or IMLC (Highly preferred; must be willing to obtain ND license if not licensed)BLS Certification (Required)Active DEA (Required)Experience in medical oncology or hematology/oncology strongly preferredBone marrow biopsy experience preferredAbility to manage diverse oncology case types independently with multidisciplinary supportClean malpractice history (Highly preferred)Availability confirmed at time of name clear
