It is a 180-bed, acute care inpatient teaching hospital that also offers 24-hour emergency and trauma care, critical care, comprehensive cancer and heart care, dialysis, and most medical and surgical specialties.Job Description & ResponsibilitiesJoin an established group of 2 Surgeons and 1 Advanced Practice Clinician. Responsibilities include clinic where you will see new and established patients, post-op visits, telemedicine, floor management of post-op patients, and first assisting in the OR.No Neurosurgery call General Surgical call is optionalThe Neurosurgery team- Bassett Medical Center has a strong relationship with the University of Rochester Medical Center and Columbia University for teaching, education, and resident involvement.Previous surgical experience preferred but not essentialSalary Range: $136,000-$186,000. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare s good faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, starting with competitive base pay which includes recognition for your experience, education, training and licensure.
