Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist! We are seeking a Board Certified CRNA to join a compassionate and dedicated team at a full-service community health system located in Clinton, Iowa. This facility operates 249 licensed beds and is committed to providing exceptional healthcare with a focus on compassion, human dignity, and social justice. The practice encompasses a range of anesthesia services for both adult and pediatric patients, operating 24/7 to meet the needs of the community. Job Responsibilities: Provide all professional anesthesiology services and/or supervise and manage anesthesiology services for hospital patients. Administer general anesthesia, pediatric anesthesia, thoracic anesthesia, obstetrical anesthesia, and sedation as necessary. Conduct pre-evaluation anesthesia services and post-surgical monitoring for complications. Respond promptly to codes as needed, ensuring timely and effective patient care. Collaborate with OR Leadership Team, Anesthesia Providers, and clinical staff to ensure seamless operations. Maintain high standards of care in accordance with approved medical standards. Utilize Cerner EMR for documentation and patient management. Qualifications: Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) Required Iowa license (or willing to obtain) or IMLC Required 5+ years of CRNA work experience Preferred Experience with adult and pediatric procedures Required BLS certification (or willing to obtain within 3 months of hire) Required ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications (or willing to obtain within 1 year of hire) Required Clean malpractice history Preferred License and Certification Requirements: Board Certified CRNA (NBCRNA) Required Iowa license (or willingness to obtain) Required BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as outlined above.Experience life in Clinton, Iowa, a vibrant community known for its picturesque riverside views and friendly atmosphere.
