The Outlet Sales Manager is responsible for driving incremental revenue through the proactive sales and coordination of private dining events, buy outs, activations and specialty experiences within the resort outlets. This individual will identify new business opportunities, cultivate community relationships and serve as the primary liaison between clients and the operational teams before, during and after each event. The role requires a blend of sales acumen, event coordination expertise and a deep understanding of the resort’s service culture. Duties include but are not limited to: Sales generation and prospectingAdministering sales agreements, detailing food and beverage, billing and final review. Client relationship management Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Provide consistent follow up and personalized communication to ensure an exceptional guest journey.Contracting and CoordinationResponsible for smooth execution of all events. Contract review and facilitating communication before, during and post event. Operational collaboration Work closely with the Director of Events, Director of Food and Beverage and Sales/ Marketing teamsCommunity and brand engagement Represent the resort in the local community through networking, partnerships and outreach.Maintain a visible presence in the resort and surrounding market to strengthen brand awareness and loyalty.Qualifications: Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum of 2-3 years of sales or catering/event management experience in a luxury hotel, resort, or high-volume restaurant environment. Proven track record in achieving sales goals and building client relationships. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with sales and event management software (e.g., Delphi, Opera, or similar systems).
