Typically here for a case if there is more than 1 OR running after 3:30pm on the weekdays; or if this occurs on the weekends. We do our best to try not to schedule any electric cases past 3:30pm. When fully staffed, there is a weeknight and weekend rotation amongst 3 CRNAs.
