Position Highlights Great weekly schedule options of full-time status with the flexibility to create your schedule Travel is required as you drive between locations (clinic/homes/SNFs) in a designated close-proximity territory, but an internal team will assist with creating your schedule for convenience to maximize your time with the utmost efficiency All necessary equipment, documentation system, and medical supplies are provided Ability to conduct comprehensive patient assessments, diagnose conditions, and develop individualized care plans Maintain timely and accurate documentation within 24 hours of patient visits on EHR Practice Environment Work in a dynamic, multi-site practice environment with a high degree of autonomy Diverse patient load and cases - including wound vacs, debridement, grafting, and complex wound management Utilizing your vehicle as the cornerstone of this practice, enabling efficient movement and the delivery of consistent, expert care across the surrounding community Compensation and Benefits Highly competitive base salary, with a 1099 full-time contract, ideally Open to discussions of W2, PRN, or per diem options as well Candidate Requirements Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program with active medical licensure Skilled in EMR documentation and committed to accuracy Compassionate, proactive, and patient-centered in approach Strong clinical judgment with the ability to think on your feet Excellent communication skills both with patients and team members At least one year of clinical experience in wound care and wound care certification is required Why Our Community?
