Role: Nurse Practitioner & Wellness Provider Location: Charlotte, NC Employment Type: Full-Time On-site Compensation: $55/hour + commission & bonuses Position Overview We are seeking an experienced, client-focused Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to lead medical consultations and ongoing care across weight loss, wellness, and aesthetic services. This role is central to delivering concierge-level care and guiding patients through programs such as GLP-1, phentermine, hormone optimization, IV therapy, and general wellness, while also supporting healthcare management and aesthetic treatments. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive consultations for GLP-1 weight loss programs, phentermine options, hormone replacement/optimization therapy, IV therapy, injections, and wellness add-ons. Provide lifestyle and nutrition guidance. Educate clients on risks, benefits, expectations, and outcomes. Create personalized treatment roadmaps aligned with client goals. Initiate and monitor medications and order/review labs. Titrate HRT protocols as needed and maintain accurate documentation in EMR systems. Ensure compliance with state, federal, and medical policies. Deliver exceptional, concierge-style customer experience. Follow up with cancelled or hesitant leads and maintain high retention rates. Ethically recommend add-ons, supplements, and complementary services. Collaborate with injectors and estheticians to enhance overall results. Qualifications Required: Current license in good standing. Prescriptive authority and DEA (as applicable). Minimum 2 years of experience in a med spa, aesthetics, weight loss, or wellness clinic. Proven track record of high patient satisfaction and strong consultation conversion. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Preferred: Experience prescribing GLP-1 medications and/or phentermine. Familiarity with peptides and HRT (pellet, topical, injectable). Experience with IV therapy and wellness injections.
