The Jacksonville Office of Brennan Manna Diamond is seeking to hire an associate attorney with 3+ years of litigation experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is a motivated, detail-oriented professional with strong courtroom and case management skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities: Handle all phases of litigation through trial and appeal. Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and other legal documents. Conduct depositions, hearings, meditations and trials. Develop and implement case strategy in collaboration with partners and clients Manage caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and firm expectations. Qualifications: Juris Doctor Active Bar Membership 3-5 years of litigation experience (civil/commercial, etc.) Excellent research, writing and oral advocacy skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
