Required Skills Current and valid RN and CRNA licenses in Michigan or eligible for licensureProven experience in anesthesia administration, including neuro, endoscopy, and radiology casesAbility to float between multiple locations with short notice, demonstrating adaptability and professionalismStrong knowledge of arterial line placements and regional anesthesia techniquesExcellent clinical judgment and attention to detailClean background with no license actions or restrictionsNice to Have Skills Experience working within supervised CRNA models (4:1 ratio)Familiarity with rapid case turnover in neuro and outpatient settingsPrior experience with shift flexibility including evening and weekend hoursPreferred Education and Experience Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia programMinimum of 1-2 years of recent anesthesia practice in similar clinical settingsActive Michigan RN and CRNA licenses at the time of applicationOther Requirements Ability to float between Novi and Southfield locations, with flexibility for shifts including 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hoursWillingness to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekendsIndependent provider responsible for own arterial line placementsNo heart cases; primarily neuro, endoscopy, radiology, and select pediatric casesEstimated credentialing timeframe of 90-120 daysReimbursement options include mileage-only or all-inclusive rates at $167.50/hourMust have a clean background and active license prior to assignmentThis position offers a highly competitive hourly pay rate of $167.50, along with excellent benefits such as weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage, paid sick leave, and robust support from our dedicated team.
