Join Our Team as a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Elevate your anesthesia specialty in a dynamic, multi-facility healthcare environment. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to provide exceptional anesthesia services across three hospitals located within minutes of each other. This role offers the opportunity to work in diverse surgical settings, delivering patient-centered care to all age groups in inpatient and outpatient facilities. Your expertise will ensure smooth perioperative experiences, supporting a variety of procedures including general, vascular, orthopedic, urology, plastics, dental, IR, CDL, thoracic, pediatric, neuro, and cardiac surgeries. Embrace a flexible schedule with work shifts that include day and evening hours, with no call requirements. You will have the opportunity to work 2-3 weeks per month, with shifts from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm or 7:00 am to 3:00 pm, as well as 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 pm to 7:00 am, depending on the patient's needs and site schedules. Required Skills and Qualifications: Board Certification as a CRNA in West VirginiaValid and current state licenseACLS, BLS, and PALS certificationsMinimum of 2 years of anesthesia experienceAbility to work independently and collaboratively in high-pressure environmentsStrong clinical judgment and excellent patient care skillsNice to Have Skills: Experience in multiple surgical specialtiesPrior experience in ambulatory surgery settingsAbility to adapt to various EMR systems, preferably CernerFlexibility to work occasional weekends and adapt to changing schedulesPreferred Education and Experience: Master's degree or higher in Nursing AnesthesiaAt least 2 years of anesthesia practice in a hospital or surgical settingDemonstrated proficiency with diverse surgical procedures and patient populationsOther Requirements: Willingness to work night shifts, including 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:00Candidates must complete credentialing within 60-90 daysAbility to work comprehensive coverage, averaging 40 hours per weekThis is an excellent opportunity to advance your career with competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits, including weekly pay via direct deposit, medical coverage, and generous paid time off.
