This is a long-term allied health contract (12 weeks) focused on providing exceptional imaging support within the Operating Room environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with surgical imaging equipment and a commitment to patient safety and clinical excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform high-quality radiographic procedures specifically within the Operating Room (OR) setting.Operate and maintain specialized equipment including C-Arms, O-Arms, and power injectors.Collaborate closely with the surgical team to ensure precise imaging during various procedures.Maintain a sterile field and adhere to all radiation safety protocols.Ensure accurate documentation and image management within the hospital's digital systems.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated OR Rad Tech experience.Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in operating C-Arm and O-Arm technology, as well as power injector systems.Licensure: * Current RT(R) (Registered Technologist in Radiography) certification.Active Connecticut State License is mandatory.Education: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Technology program.Shift & Schedule DetailsShift Type: PM ShiftHours: 40 hours per week (5 X 8-hour shifts)Meal Break: 30 minutesOn-Call: No call requirements for this position.JOB ID: 11400885Requirements & Qualifications- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of dedicated OR Rad Tech experience.- Technical Proficiency: Proven expertise in operating C-Arm and O-Arm technology, as well as power injector systems.- Licensure: * Current RT(R) (Registered Technologist in Radiography) certification.
