The Division Director of Acute Care Surgery is an inaugural role at AtlantiCare. We currently do not have a dedicated Acute Care Surgery Director appointed, offering candidates a unique chance to shape and contribute to the surgical program while aligning with our Vision 2030 goals. The Vision 2030 goals include improving patient outcomes, developing a robust research program and providing education through our partnership with Drexel University. Practice Highlights & Innovations Join a team of board-certified general and surgery-critical care surgeons providing trauma, surgical critical care, and emergency general surgery care for the southeastern New Jersey community.AtlantiCare is an ACS-verified Level II Trauma Center established 33 years ago, managing more than 2,000 trauma encounters annually.The Acute Care Surgery service line, established less than two years ago, is rapidly expanding and offers a diverse surgical caseload.This leadership role provides the unique opportunity to shape protocols, lead quality improvement initiatives, and collaborate with a talented multidisciplinary team to elevate surgical outcomes.Cerner EMR and coordinated care teams for efficiency and continuity.
