Gastroenterology Fellowship Program DirectorValley Health System Affiliated with Icahn School of Medicine at Mount SinaiValley Health System (VHS) in affiliation with the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai (ISMMS) is seeking an accomplished and visionary Founding Gastroenterology Fellowship Program Director to lead the development of Gastroenterology Fellowship Program.Position OverviewThe Program Director will serve as the architect and leader of this new fellowship, guiding all aspects of program creation, implementation, and accreditation. This role includes developing a curriculum aligned with ACGME requirements, overseeing the accreditation process, and ensuring the program delivers comprehensive, high-quality training that prepares fellows to excel in the field of Gastroenterology.The Program Director will collaborate closely with the DIO, GME Director, Division Director, Chair, faculty, staff, and external partners to build a program rooted in educational excellence, innovation and clinical rigor.
