Providers work 10-hour shifts (7:00 AM5:30 PM or until cases finish) with no call required. Case mix includes general, colorectal, OB/GYN, urology, ENT, ortho, spine, eyes, cardiac (no open hearts), and GI; peds cases are ENT only for patients over one year. The practice has 4 MDs and 3 CRNAs across five sites with a 1:2.5 supervision ratio, paper charting, and expected overtime.
