Our unique approach has earned us a 100% customer satisfaction rating, and we value realistic project plans and budgets.Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced and driven Construction Project Manager to lead commercial interior, tenant fit-out, and ground-up construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to grow into a Director of Construction position as our company continues to expand.Typical Responsibilities include:Manage multiple projects from planning through completionDevelop, track, and control project schedules, budgets, and costsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, inspectors, and internal teamsLead project meetings and maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholdersReview and manage contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittalsEnsure compliance with safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable building codesIdentify project risks and implement proactive solutionsPrepare and present regular project status and financial reportsAssist with Site Supervision and coordination of daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution as required.Build and manage sub-contractor relationships for successful project deliveryContribute to process improvements and operational best practicesGrowth & Leadership PathThis position is intentionally structured to grow into a Senior Project Manager Role and eventually a Director of Construction role.
