Now Hiring: Vascular Surgery Nurse PractitionerPalo Alto Medical Foundation Group (PAFMG) is seeking a skilled and motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our Vascular Surgery team in Mountain View, CA. This role is responsible for assessing, diagnosing, planning, and implementing comprehensive medical care for patients in close collaboration with a supervising physician. The advanced practice provider will function within the full scope of licensure and is accountable for the assessment, coordination, delivery, and evaluation of care, including direct patient care, patient and family education, and care transitions.
