Check out our Indeed rating and see what our employees are saying:Position Overview: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)As an LPN, you will provide direct nursing care to residents while working collaboratively with RNs, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team. This role is essential to supporting residents’ recovery, comfort, and overall well-being in our long-term care and rehabilitation setting.✅ Key Responsibilities:Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physiciansMonitor, document, and report changes in residents’ health status, including vital signsAssist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and feeding as neededCollaborate with the rehabilitation team to support recovery goals, including physical, occupational, and speech therapy plansMaintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulationsProvide emotional support and education to residents and their familiesEnsure a safe, clean environment by following infection control and safety protocols? Qualifications:Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licenseStrong clinical skills, including medication administration and wound careExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively in a team-oriented environmentCompassionate, patient-focused approach to careBLS/CPR certification required?
