Willimantic CT - Family NP - O/P - to $117K + 5 Weeks PTO + Benefits - Exceptional multidisciplinary group seeking full time Family NP for outpatient role- J oin a growing, supportive and collaborative FQHC: new grads welcome to apply - Preferred schedule: 8 hours per day, Mon-Fri, may be flexible for right provider - Treat patients across the lifespan (kids, adolescents, adults) - Dynamic care team including RNs, LPNs, MAs (1:1 ration), referral and care coordinators- Dental and Behavioral Health services also available at site. - 5 weeks PTO to start + 9 paid holidays + 4 days CME + CME / license stipend - Strong benefits including: health, vision, dental + malpractice insurance all provided - Salary = $110K - $117K (may flex up DOE) + Extra Stipend for Bilingual Spanish Salary depending on experience: $110,500 for 0-2 years exp.$113, 815 for 3-4 years exp.$117,229 for 5-7 years exp.and upwards from there Added bilingual stipend for Spanish fluency upon passing a basic language proficiency assessment Interview process: Qualified candidates will be asked to participate in a virtual interview with medical director and clinical staff.
