If you are eager to work with your hands, assist skilled tradespeople, and learn about the construction industry, we invite you to apply.Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and hardworking General Skilled Laborers to support daily operations through a variety of physical and technical tasks. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience, follows safety procedures, and can work independently or as part of a team to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of skilled and semi-skilled labor tasks such as lifting, loading, assembling, repairing, and maintaining materials or equipment Operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively Assist with construction, installation, maintenance, or production tasks as needed Read and follow instructions, blueprints, or work orders Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all safety guidelines and company policies Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or job progress to supervisors Support other team members as required to meet deadlines  Qualifications & Skills: Previous experience in skilled labor, construction, manufacturing, or a related field preferred Knowledge of basic tools, equipment, and safety practices Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding work Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail Ability to follow verbal and written instructions Willingness to learn new skills and take direction Valid driver’s license (if applicable)  Work Environment: May involve indoor and outdoor work Exposure to dust, noise, and varying weather conditions Standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions required  Compensation & Benefits: Pay range: Davis Bacon Wages apply Benefits may include health insurance, paid time off, overtime, and training opportunities
