We're seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead electrical field operations on large-scale data center projects.This role owns day-to-day field execution, crew performance, safety, schedule reliability, and coordination with Project Management, Safety, VDC/BIM, and Prefabrication teams.What You'll DoLead electrical crews in compliance with CBAs and local work rulesDrive safety, quality, production, and schedule performance in the fieldRun daily huddles, weekly planning, and 3-6 week lookaheadsCoordinate manpower, work packaging, layout, and install-ready planningPartner with VDC/BIM and Prefab to accelerate installation and reduce reworkTrack labor productivity and support schedule recovery and cost controlMaintain strong relationships with GCs, foremen, and union leadershipWhat We're Looking ForJourneyman-level electrical background strongly preferredProven experience leading electrical crews on data center projectsStrong understanding of drawings, layouts, and field executionExperience with fast-track, multi-phase commercial or industrial workFamiliarity with VDC/BIM, prefab, and structured weekly planning is a plusWhy This RoleHigh-visibility leadership role on mission-critical data center workStrong support from project leadership and planning teamsLong-term pipeline of complex projectsPlease reply back with an updated resume if you or someone else you know is interested.
