As a Floor Manager for our upcoming festive restaurant opening in NYC , you will play a central role in delivering an exceptional guest experience while ensuring smooth daily operations on the floor. You will lead service teams, uphold our standards of hospitality, and contribute to building a high-energy atmosphere aligned with the brand identity of YEEELS Group . Responsibilities: Lead and supervise daily floor operations during lunch/dinner service Ensure an outstanding guest experience in a lively, high-volume and festive environment Manage reservations, table allocation, flow of service, and guest relations Support the recruitment, onboarding, training, and motivation of FOH staff (servers, runners, hosts) Maintain strong communication with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure efficient service coordination Handle guest feedback, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and discretion Ensure compliance with health & safety standards and internal procedures Assist in setting up service standards, floor organization, and team routines for the opening Monitor performance, service quality, and team discipline throughout service Support inventory control, FOH supplies ordering, and daily reporting as needed Requirements: Proven experience as a Floor Manager / Restaurant Manager / Assistant Restaurant Manager in a high-end, fast-paced or high-volume restaurant Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams during busy service Excellent customer service mindset and strong problem-solving abilities Ability to manage pressure while maintaining high standards and a positive attitude Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and service culture Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus) Availability for evenings, weekends, and opening period schedule Why Join YEEELS Group?
