Perm - Nurse Practitioner - Neonatology Join an esteemed team of Neonatologists and Neonatal Nurse Practitioners at a state-of-the-art facility in Macon, Georgia. This facility features a Level-III NICU within the newly opened Beverly Knight Olson Children's Hospital, recognized as a Magnet Hospital for Nursing Excellence. This pediatric hospital is the only dedicated children s hospital in central and south Georgia, offering exceptional care and support. Job Responsibilities: Provide advanced nursing care in a 66-bed Level-III NICU. Manage variable shifts, including 10-hour days M-TH and 8-hour weekend shifts. Deliver high-quality services such as high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide therapy, and brain cooling. Collaborate with readily available subspecialty support. Work alongside experienced NNPs ensuring exceptional coverage. Engage in clinical appointments with Mercer Medical School. Qualifications: NNP Board Certification (no acceptance of FNP or PNP certifications). Minimum 2 years of current employment experience as an NNP (not including RN experience). Passion for working in a dynamic neonatal care environment.
