Job Opportunity: Neonatal Nurse Practitioner in Kansas City, MO Join a leading Neonatology practice in the scenic and vibrant city of Kansas City, Missouri. We are looking for a full-time Neonatal Nurse Practitioner to be part of a collaborative and experienced NICU team across multiple health system locations. The facilities include a well-equipped 49-bed Level-IIIB NICU and a 15-bed Level-IIIA NICU, among others. Our commitment to providing comprehensive neonatal care and family-centered support makes us a leader in the region. Job Responsibilities: Provide advanced care in a 49-bed, Level-IIIB NICU and other facilities. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and educate staff. Engage with NICU families through the March of Dimes partnership, offering resources and support. Contribute to the wellness of patients in a collegial working environment with advanced ventilator support. Utilize state-of-the-art resources like the Angel Eye monitor for family engagement. Participate in a comprehensive new grad program for recent graduates to ease the transition into practice. Qualifications: Board Certified Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. Minimum of a Master s Degree in Nursing. Active Missouri License (or willingness to obtain). Recent NPDB Self Query Report. Ability to pass provider clearance on a facility basis. New graduates are encouraged to apply. License and Certification Requirements: Current APRN national specialty certification as a Neonatal Nurse Practitioner. DEA license (must be obtained prior to start).
