Interested in joining a well-established, multi-state Healthcare organization that offers in-home, urgent care / emergency care services? You will be travelling with a Medical Technician, and you do not need to use your own car Schedule: 10-hour shifts, 3-4 shifts per week 6 Months with potential for long term. Start times vary between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM Weekend requirement: 4 shifts per month (every other weekend or one weekend shift per week) Caseload: 6-8 in home patient visits per day Nurse Practitioner or Certified Physician Assistant Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive medical care to patients with high acuity and complex health issues. Work independently to manage patient cases, leveraging urgent care or ER experience. Collaborate with the team to ensure effective patient care and treatment plans. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records. Ensure seamless transition of care for patients to avoid frequent ER visits. Qualifications: Experience: Minimum of 1 year of provider experience required, with a strong preference for 2+ years. Experience in urgent care or emergency room settings is ideal due to the high acuity and complexity of the patients. Will consider NP or PA-Cs Skills: Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong clinical judgment and patient management skills are necessary.
