Required Skills: Valid ND Nurse Practitioner license and DEA certificationProven experience or strong familiarity with medical oncology proceduresAbility to perform or assist with staging workupsCompetence in formulating and initiating chemotherapy and immunotherapy treatmentsExceptional collaboration skills to work effectively with radiation oncologists, surgical teams, RNs, and other healthcare staffEMR proficiency, particularly with Mosaiq and Meditech systemsStrong knowledge of oncology treatment protocols and patient managementAbility to work independently and adhere to clinic hoursNice to Have Skills: Bone marrow biopsy experiencePrior experience in outpatient oncology clinicsFamiliarity with regional health system liaison dutiesExperience with tumor registry, scalping cooling, or prior authorization processesPreferred Education and Experience: Master s or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP)Minimum of 2 years of oncology-specific clinical experiencePrior experience working in outpatient oncology settings and managing diverse cancer casesOther Requirements: Availability for shifts at least three days per week, Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PMMust be flexible to support coverage including orientation and trainingAbility to travel locally, with lodging preferences at designated hotels; travel may include travel from other locations within NDAbility to complete credentialing and billing enrollment promptlyCommitment to patient safety, clinical excellence, and collaborative careThe position offers an hourly rate between $200 and $220, with additional compensation for orientation, holidays, and training.
