Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5pSaturday - (rotating weekends) 9a-1pEssential Responsibilities:Welcome patients and escort to exam roomPrepare patients for radiology procedures and follow established clinical and regulatory procedures in regards to patient safety and care; including proper radiation protection and shielding techniquesLog radiological procedures, process routine documentation in EMR and logsObtain and record vital signs (BP, heart rate, pulse oximetry, height, weight, waist circumference)Provide information and assistance to patientsPerform blood draws, administer injections/vaccinations, and input medical information into EMRPrepare treatment rooms for patient examinations; keep rooms neat, clean and well stockedMaintain patient confidence and ensure confidentiality of patient care informationAssist the physician and medical staff with procedures and treatmentsComplete and document daily equipment checks and calibrationMinimum Qualifications:Associates Degree, Graduation from a Radiology Technician ProgramTwo years of recent clinical experience, preferably in primary or urgent care settingBLS for Healthcare ProvidersARRT Certification BMO or CRT license requiredPreferred:Certified Medical Assistant or willingness to be cross trained for light Medical Assistant dutiesCertified Phlebotomy TechnicianKnowledge/Skills/Abilities:Understand CPT and ICD10 CodesProficient knowledge of computer systems including electronic medical record (EMR)Proficiency with blood draws and injectionsExperience working with digital imagingAbility to effectively communicate with staff and patients using excellent written and verbal skillsFriendly personality and ability to work well as a team memberBenefits:Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance401k with Company MatchGenerous Paid Time Off & HolidaysLicense and Certification ReimbursementMy Health Onsite is an equal opportunity employer and a drug free workplace.
